The twenty-sixth principle about fighting seems to be don't drink alcohol in a war, and know those well who work in your household. { I personally believe no one should drink alcohol at any time but will stay on topic.} It is written, "in the twenty and sixth year of Asa King of Judah began Elah the son of Ba-ash-a to reign over Israel in Tirzah, two years; and his servant Zimri, Captain of half his chariots, conspired against him as he was in Tirzah drinking himself drunk in the house of Arza steward of his house in Tirzah. And Zimri went in and smote him and killed him; in the twenty and seventh year of Asa King of Israel and reigned in his stead." I Kings 16: 8-10
The twenty-seventh principle seems to be : that the leader [King is the title The Bible calls that person] may suffer consequences if his side loses. It is written, ' and it came to pass when Zimri saw that the City was taken that he went into the Palace of The King's house and burnt the King's house over him with fire, and died." I Kings 16:18
The twenty-eighth principle seems to be that if a leader wants good advice he should consult with a man anointed by GOD as a prophet, and he should heed his words, and not the words of false prophets. It is written, "Now therefore send and gather unto me all Israel unto Mount Carmel and the prophets of ba-al four hundred and fifty and the prophets of the groves four hundred which eat at Jezebel's table. So Ahab sent unto all the children of Israel and gathered the prophets together unto Mount Carmel. And Elijah came unto the people and said,'how long halt ye between two opinions? if THE LORD be GOD, follow HIM; but if ba-al, then follow him.' and the people answered him not a word. Then said Elijah unto the people, " I, even I only, remain a prophet of THE LORD; but ba-al 's prophets are four hundred and fifty men. Let them therefore. . . [the verses 23-46 of I Kings chapter 18 tells how Elijah showed by the power of the GOD that ba-al's prophets were false and then the people destroyed them especially verse 40.]
The twenty-ninth principle about warfare seems to be: don't brag about winning before you have won. It is written, "And Ben-hadad sent unto him and said, 'the gods do so unto me and more also, if the dust of Samaria shall suffice for handfuls for all the people that follow me." And The King of Israel answered and said, 'tell him , let not him that girdeth on his harness [footnote says armor] boast himself as he that putteth it off." And it came to pass when Ben-hadad heard this message as he was drinking, he and the Kings in the pavilions, that he said unto his servants, ' set yourselves in array." And they set themselves in array against the City. . . [and so did Israel and the King] and they slew every one his man; and the Syrians fled, and Israel pursued them, and Ben-hadad The King of Syria escaped on a horse with the horsemen. And the King of Israel went out and smote the horses and chariots, and slew the Syrians with a great slaughter. " I Kings 20:10-12 &20-21
