The nineteenth principle seems to be that if GOD sends you on a task that HE defined and you don't do what GOD said,  but plunder and steal and let your warriors run rampant and terrorize, that GOD may remove you from power. It is written, " And Samuel said, 'when thou wast little in thine own sight, wast thou not made the Head of the Tribes of Israel, and THE LORD anointed thee King over Israel? And THE LORD sent thee on a journey, and said, 'go and utterly destroy the sinners of A-mal-ek-ites, and fight against them until they be consumed,' Wherefore then didst thou not obey the voice of THE LORD but didst fly upon the spoil, and didst evil in the sight of THE LORD? And Saul said unto Samuel 'yea I have obeyed the voice of THE LORD and have gone the way which THE LORD sent me, and have brought Agag, the King of Am-a-lek and have utterly destroyed the A-mal-ek-ites. But the people took of the spoil, sheep, oxen, the chief of the things which should have been utterly destroyed, to sacrifice unto THE LORD thy GOD in Gilgal.' And Samuel said, " hath THE LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as in obeying the voice of THE LORD? Behold to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness as the iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of THE LORD, HE hath also rejected thee from being King." I Samuel 15: 17-23

The twentieth principle seems to be that GOD HIMSELF does not fight with spear and sword  but by HIS power and might, and that GOD uses the least likely of all to defeat the mighty. It is written, " And the Philistine came on and drew near unto David, and the man that bare the shield went before him. And when the Philistine looked about and saw David, he disdained him; for he was but a youth and ruddy, and of a fair countenance. And the Philistine said unto David," am I a dog, that thou comest to me with staves? ' And the Philistine cursed David by his gods.  And the Philistine said to David, " come to me and I will give thy flesh unto the fowls of the air, and to the beasts of the field." Then said David to the Philistine, 'thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield, but I come to thee in THE NAME of THE LORD of HOSTS, THE GOD or the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. This day will THE LORD deliver thee into mine hand; and I will smite thee, and take thine head from thee; and will give the carcases of the host of the Philistines unto the fowls  of the air and the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that THERE IS A GOD, in Israel. And all this assembly shall know that THE LORD saveth not with sword and spear; for the battle is THE LORD's and HE will you give you into our hands." I Samuel 17: 41-47
